Service and Maintenance Center

For a holistic after-sales service, our technicians can repair breakdowns and do the maintenance on all our equipment. With their expertise and qualifications, our technicians can perform any kind of repair related to the hydraulic, hydrostatic, electric, welding and fabrication domains. Our technicians are professionally trained, thus ensuring the quality of repairs and inspections done on equipment. We have a main service center located in Ramallah. We provide solutions for all our customers throughout Palestine.

Service Vehicle

In order to facilitate the repair of mechanic breakdowns and to carry out regular maintenance on-site, Al-Silsilah provides a mobile service vehicle. Our mobile service vehicles are available from Saturday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Although it is not an emergency service, for critical situations, you can contact us by phone. Our technicians will do their best to ensure satisfaction and reduce down time.
